The cross 1.25" by 1.25". It is made of platinum plating over a zinc alloy base. The Star of Life at the center contains enamel inlay forming the colors surrounding the platinum "Staff of Asclpeius".  The cross comes with a 24" stainless chain.

Note: that this item is platinum "plated" and like all "plated" pieces it will retain its luster only if properly cared for. It is not recommended that it be worn consistently day-in and day out. With daily non-stop use the body’s natural oils, showers and bathing, and exposure to the elements will eventually erode the plating. We recommend that the piece be worn only on occasion and then taken off and stored in a dry, felt lined case or drawer for years of enjoyment.
